Since its establishment in 2018, Tengyan Combustion Control Technology Co., Ltd., located in Qinhan New City of Xixian New Area, has been focusing on the technical development and

The operating principle of a flame detector involves using solid materials as sensing elements, such as silicon carbide or aluminium nitrate, or employing gas-filled tubes as sensing elements, such as Geiger-Müller tubes, to detect ultraviolet radiation with a wavelength of 0.185–0.260 micrometres emitted by the flame plume.

There are many types of gas emission ignition devices: converter gas emission ignition, coke oven gas emission ignition, blast furnace gas emission ignition, and gas generator emission ignition, among others. While each system has a similar basic structure and principle, they are adjusted according to the specific characteristics of the gases and the environmental conditions associated with each piece of equipment. The igniters used in each system are essentially the same, but due to the differences in gas media and their concentrations, there are variations. Most commonly, they are divided into two categories: high-energy igniters and plasma igniters. Our primary focus here is on high-energy igniters.
